There are two types of Service Agreements All Computer Needs offers to its clients. Each type of agreement is designed to meet the specific needs of the client in managing their network and/or maintaining the fitness of their office equipment. Maintenance Contract - this Contract Service Plan is designed to provide hardware and software service and support for network and peripheral systems. This agreement includes regularly scheduled preventative maintenance visits to monitor, maintain, and repair hardware, and software issues that arises within the network infrastructure with the expressed purpose of preventing failures and minimize "down time". Through monthly, system-wide diagnostics, we will identify and replace hardware components that are either failing or performing outside optimal parameters. We remove software clutter that accumulates in workstations that can often lead to instability and data contamination. We evaluate the operating system and peripheral applications running on each system to ensure necessary upgrades and updates are installed when appropriate. This type of Service Agreement does not automatically include any management features. All service contracts include a backup solution as part of the contract.  Copier/Printer Dealing with multiple printer and copier companies can be a real nightmare.  We offer maintenance contracts on printers and on copiers for Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City. All Computer Needs is locally on and operated. We don’t treat every client the same we know that everyone has different needs. And we are prepared to meet each one of those needs.
